About the Role

As a Human Resources Business Partner at Guidant Global, you will serve as the primary HR interface with the business, providing strategic guidance and support to employees and managers on all HR-related topics.

You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective HR solutions. Your expertise will ensure that HR policies are applied consistently and that HR processes are implemented effectively in line with local legislation and global HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Partnering: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, providing HR guidance and support to drive business success.
  • HR Policy and Process Implementation: Ensure that HR policies and processes are applied consistently and effectively across the organization.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive employee experience, providing support and guidance on employee relations and engagement initiatives.
  • Change Management: Support business leaders in managing change, providing guidance on change management strategies and implementation.
  • HR Business Planning: Contribute to the development of HR business plans, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Emotional Intelligence and Communication Skills: Possess a high level of emotional intelligence, with excellent listening and coaching skills.
  • Generalist HR Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a strategic context.
  • Change and Strategic Competencies: Demonstrate the ability to navigate complex change initiatives and develop strategic HR solutions.
  • Pro-Active Mindset: Possess a highly pro-active mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address business issues.
