We are looking for driven people, looking for a career in recruitment to join our successful team delivering white collar staff in the rail industry.
Salary and Benefits for a Recruitment Resourcer
* Basic salary from £23K - £25K plus commission with OTE £35K - £55k
* Career progression.
* Generous commission structure paid monthly
* 26 days annual leave
* Annual target-hitters trip (last year it was Cuba)
We are looking for;
* ideally previous experience in a sales or recruitment role.
* Proven track record of meeting targets
* People person – good communicator, sense of humour, team player and above all someone that is driven to do well and forge a successful career.
* Drive and tenacity to assist in growing our already successful business further
The Role:
* You will be finding candidates to match jobs
* Developing our database, updating records
* Using social media and job boards to place candidates into new jobs
* Developing candidate relationships
* All associated Admin
