Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Huntress. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of our operations and managing our Finance and IT teams.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £40k per annum. You will be working in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. Free parking is available on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: You will be responsible for the management of the Finance and IT teams, providing guidance and support, and introducing new digital systems to the business.
  • Digital Transformation: You will oversee the digital transformation of the business, ensuring efficiency and future-proofing of IT provision.
  • Business Planning: You will support the Director of Finance & Operations in contributing to the company's vision, strategy, and business plan.
  • Project Management: You will plan and develop internal team projects, including audits and annual accounts, ensuring project management processes, Health & Safety, and compliance are being followed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You will build strong working relationships with partners and stakeholders, providing content for the Communications team, and engaging with members and the public.
  • Compliance: You will comply with the requirements of Data Protection, GDPR, and the business's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience: You must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Leadership: You must have significant experience of leading and developing a team.
  • Financial Management: You must have strong knowledge of setting and managing budgets, developing and implementing financial management plans.
  • Communication: You must have experience dealing with complex information to groups and individuals.
  • IT Knowledge: You must have a good understanding of IT networks and infrastructure.
  • Organizational Skills: You must have excellent IT, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Time Management: You must be able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have accuracy and high attention to detail.
