Michael Page (UK) is seeking an experienced Account Director to join their team. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for maintaining daily communication with internal and external Amazon stakeholders, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. You will lead the achievement of overall sales objectives while enhancing the profitability of the UK account. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing and managing supply chain processes, creating and nurturing a top-tier Brand Room, and designing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns. You will also cultivate a deep understanding of Amazon consumers and their lifetime value to the brand. Operational Excellence is key, and you will proactively pursue improvements across the supply chain to drive efficiency and minimize chargebacks. You will ensure seamless updates to SKU changes to avoid sales risks. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in e-commerce key account management. You will have exceptional organizational and time management skills, a results-driven, target-focused mindset, and a flexible and solution-oriented approach.
