Job Title: Childrens Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Childrens Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to young people in our residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to young people during challenging times
  • Foster ambition and assist young people in achieving their goals and maximizing their potential
  • Offer support in educational pursuits and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Empower young people to actively participate in decision-making about their lives and future
  • Act as an advocate in meetings where the young person is the subject of discussion
Requirements:
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years old
  • Full UK driving license preferable
  • No prior experience necessary, only a commitment and passion for working with young people
  • Attendance at a 2-week training program required
