About the Role
We are seeking skilled Plumbers to operate within our friendly, supportive and multi-skilled technical team to undertake planned maintenance, installation, alteration and repair work.

We largely operate core hours Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, but during periods of high demand the team is expected to work flexibly to ensure continuity of the service.
Skills, Experience & Qualification needed
- Craft trade apprentice, trained to City and Guilds Level in the core trade or equivalent qualifications or experience.
- Full UK Driving licence
- Current in-date domestic gas safe qualification
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations & procedures, for example COSHH and risk assessment
- Demonstrable building services experience obtained within a building services environment and knowledge and ability to implement practical techniques used in relevant work area
- Extensive experience of health and safety risk management techniques which are applicable to an estates function.
- Ability to assess non-routine problems by suggesting solutions
- Flexible approach to workload and hours in order to meet changing needs or circumstances
- Evidence of upholding our behaviours as detailed within the accompanying person specification.
