Senior Pensions Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team at WTW. As a leader in the marketplace, we offer an excellent opportunity for pension professionals to take on more advanced calculations and complex schemes.

The Role
  • Work within an administration team, servicing member and client queries in relation to DB and some DC pension schemes.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to ensure service level agreements and performance standards are achieved.
  • Deputise in the absence of the Team Leader and provide technical guidance on non-standard cases.
  • Train, support, and mentor junior associates, holding regular feedback sessions.
  • Assist with complex/project work, including complaints, and identify areas for service improvement.
  • Meet targets and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Requirements
  • Experience in administering occupational pension schemes.
  • Coaching and supporting less experienced associates.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Able to work to a high level of accuracy and customer-focused.
  • Computer literate.
