Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and underwrite new and existing insurance applications within established authority limits
- Effectively manage your workload to achieve set objectives and service level agreements
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with both internal teams and external partners
- Keep abreast of the latest industry developments and regulatory changes
- Address and resolve customer complaints in line with company policies
- Engage in ongoing professional development through training and networking opportunities
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics and English
- Possession of a Cert CII qualification or a willingness to pursue it
- Strong understanding of the insurance market and relevant industry practices
- Exceptional verbal communication abilities
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service
- Competent IT skills
- Attractive salary package
