Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at our children's home in Warrington. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the home and providing leadership and support to our residential support workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Home Manager in the overall management of the home, including staff supervision, training, and development.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to residential support workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and policies, ensuring they are aligned with the needs of the young people in our care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided, making recommendations for improvement as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve desired outcomes.
