About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales and service targets
- Work closely with the Store Manager to identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, ensure optimum stock range and availability, and maintain strict cost and stock control
- Coach and develop sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service
What You'll Need
- Previous retail experience with roles such as Assistant Management or similar
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service

About the Designate Role
In this role, you will support us by being willing to travel to a variety of stores locally around your base location based on demand. This will provide you with exposure and day-to-day variety, and you won't travel forever. We want these roles to help support future hiring needs and soon you will be ready to jump into a specific store and progress within the business.
