About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Care Home Manager to lead our medium-sized residential home in Basildon. The home provides residential care for elderly and dementia service users, and we are looking for someone with strong leadership experience and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify safeguarding issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and report on care quality and performance
Requirements:
- Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5
- Leadership experience of residential care teams
- Ability to identify safeguarding issues and conduct risk assessments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
