Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to oversee the strategic direction and market performance of our product portfolio. The PMM will be instrumental in managing the lifecycle of products, from initial concept through to market exit, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market dynamics.

The successful candidate will translate market insights and customer feedback into compelling product offerings that deliver clear value propositions, thereby driving revenue growth and profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Business Development, Customer Success, and Product Delivery, will be essential to develop effective marketing campaigns that resonate in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, leveraging insights to inform product strategy.
  • Develop and implement actionable marketing plans, including the creation of marketing collateral and sales enablement tools, to support product launches and ongoing sales efforts.
  • Act as a key liaison between the sales team and product development, providing insights on customer requirements and market conditions to enhance product offerings.
  • Formulate pricing strategies based on detailed analysis of market conditions and competitor activities, ensuring optimal return on investment for our products.
  • Foster strong internal relationships to promote product awareness and alignment across the organization, while actively engaging with customers to understand their challenges and needs.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch, analyzing metrics to refine strategies and improve market positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in Product Marketing or Product Management, preferably within the telecommunications, media, or aviation sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing strategies, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Schedule: Core business hours with potential for additional hours as needed.
  • Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
