About the Role:
The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing a large referral base of patients through high street opticians and optometry practices, promoting the company's cataract services, referral pathways, and five-star purpose-built hospitals with excellent patient benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop strong and robust customer relationships with key opinion leaders within high-street opticians and optometry practices.
- Grow referral base by maintaining and building relationships with existing and prospective referrers.
- Visit referral management centres and GP practices to promote and assist in coordinating hospital optometrist events and assisting customers with their CPD.
- Provide full company training to ensure successful onboarding.
About the Company:
BMS Performance is a leading provider of premium ophthalmology services, with a vision of delivering outstanding eye health care for every patient. With over 15 years of experience, the company has expanded nationwide and now has over 10 dedicated eye hospitals and clinics within the UK.
Requirements:
- At least two years' experience in field sales with a stable track record.
- Medical/healthcare sales experience not essential but will help.
- Ability to pass a DBS check, cleanly, upon offer of employment.
- Relationship builder.
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points.
Package:
- Basic: £35,000.
- Bonus: £18,000.
- £5,000 Car Allowance plus generous mileage.
- Benefits: Healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + Bank hols.
