Apprenticeship Sales Manager

Astute Recruitment is partnering with a well-established company in Uttoxeter to find a skilled Relationship Manager to join their direct and online sales team.
About the Role:
- Support and promote the sale of equipment through hire purchase and lease (B2B)
- Negotiate finance rates and coordinate each stage of the customer transaction
- Engage in high-level telephone interaction with customers, the field-based sales team, and dealer sales personnel
- Achieve profitability and margin objectives
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound enquiries
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients and dealer sales personnel
- Build, manage, and maintain sales pipelines
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be confident, decisive, and driven, with a strong background in sales and/or finance. Knowledge of hire purchase, leasing, or B2B lending is beneficial, and experience in the finance, banking, or credit sector is ideal.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £23,000 to £27,000 depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.45pm with 45 minutes for lunch. Hybrid working - two days home working, three days office working - with induction training to be conducted from the office.
