We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our care team to deliver outstanding outcomes for our residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing High-Quality Care: Achieve a high standard of care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
  • Leading the Care Team: Lead by example, motivating and guiding the care team to deliver exceptional care and services.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain open and accurate communication with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Care Procedures: Ensure all care procedures are carried out according to our policies and statutory requirements.
  • Medicine Management: Order, administer, and record medicines accurately, adhering to our policies and statutory requirements.
  • Personal Care: Provide personalized care for residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Staff Supervision and Appraisals: Conduct regular staff supervision and appraisals to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
  • Duty Rota: Participate in the duty rota as required, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Internal Quality Audits: Conduct internal quality audits to ensure our care services meet the highest standards.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
