We're Looking for a Registered Nurse:

We're seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin number to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and services to our residents. Your mission will be to enhance the lives of our residents by bringing them joy, happiness, and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve a high standard of care and lead the care team to deliver outstanding outcomes for our residents.
  • Maintain effective communications and make accurate reports on residents and inform other members of the senior care team of day-to-day changes.
  • Ensure that care procedures are carried out according to policy and statutory requirements.
  • Provide physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort to our residents.
  • Carry out staff supervision and appraisals with the team.
  • Implement changes in routine and procedures as agreed with the manager.
  • Assess prospective clients and residents.
  • Participate fully in the training and development of all grades of staff.
