The Children's Continuing Care Team offers tailored, child-centered respite services to families with children facing complex health challenges and profound disabilities, all within the comfort of their own homes.
As a Clinical Support Worker, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of providing specialized nursing care independently within the family environment, without direct oversight.

Key Responsibilities
You will complete all necessary training to deliver nursing care to children with intricate health needs in an unsupervised manner.
Responsibilities include performing tasks such as enteral feeding, managing tracheostomies, caring for long-term ventilated children, seizure management, and administering oxygen.

Job Duties

Additionally, you will receive a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of your basic salary, with a minimum payment of £1,192 and a maximum payment of £2,011 per annum pro rata, depending on your base.
