Job Overview

The Visual Communications Specialist is tasked with creating visually compelling graphic materials that align with the strategic goals of the organization. This role involves guiding projects through the entire design process, which includes engaging with stakeholders, brainstorming creative concepts, establishing timelines, adhering to project deadlines, and executing final designs for both print and digital media, such as advertisements, web graphics, marketing materials, and presentation visuals.


Key Responsibilities:

- Share insights on modern digital media practices to enhance the effectiveness of materials across various digital platforms.

- Collaborate with team members, external vendors, and business associates to design and implement high-quality materials.

- Ensure the quality of final outputs through thorough review and proofing processes.


Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree is required, along with relevant professional experience.

Experience: A minimum of two to three years in a professional graphic design role, preferably in a B2B environment.

Skills and Competencies:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver).

- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and/or Figma is a plus.

This position is remote, and proficiency in English is essential.
