About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Document Production Specialist to join our team at Strictly Recruitment. As an Evening Document Production Specialist, you will be working within a busy, deadline-driven environment, producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, and attachments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, and attachments
  • Transcription, through the use of digital dictation
  • Document production and manipulation
  • Proof reading and quality checking all work
  • Effectively using systems to prioritize and complete incoming work
  • Ensuring documents are produced within the required timescales
  • Prioritizing own work and proactively communicating if a deadline cannot be met
  • Being an ambassador for the DPC and educating the firm to use the DPC to its fullest potential
  • Troubleshooting
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working within a document production team in a law firm
  • Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
  • Confident at producing a variety of documents for legal groups and complex legal backgrounds
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to strip document formatting and repair problem documents on own or with support
  • Professional and client-focused telephone manner
  • Exacting eye for detail
