We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organisational Development Manager to join our People team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in shaping the employee experience agenda and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with our managers to build organisational and people capability, driving business growth and improvement.
- Lead the development and delivery of specific people strategies and initiatives that enhance the experience of everyone working at Get Staffed Online Recruitment.
- Design and deliver OD and change management processes and interventions, ensuring seamless implementation and embedding.
- Manage reward and recognition platforms to maximise staff engagement and motivation.
- Develop and maintain effective internal communications, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through people development.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and plan workload efficiently.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
