Financial Services Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Associate to join our Cash Control Payments Team, part of the Treasury & Payments Operations EMEA Team based in Witham.
The primary responsibility within this role is to perform cashiering duties for the EMEA region, which involves processing payments using specialized banking software to assist both internal and external stakeholders.
This role could suit either an experienced Finance Assistant/Administrator looking for a new challenge or possibly a Graduate looking for their first finance-related role within a Global organisation.
This role is predominantly office-based in Witham.

Aim to execute to a high level within agreed timelines and adhering to the Treasury Policies, Marsh procedures and compliance guidelines.
Work on Marsh entity Workflows aiding account handlers ensuring SLAs are achieved.
Communicate daily with Banks, Account Handlers, Treasury Team, and offshore colleagues.
Participate in training workshops to keep abreast of all payment-related processes and enhancements.
Good academic background supported by good grades at A-Level and/or GCSE in subjects that include ideally Maths and/or English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel and Outlook would be an advantage.
Strong Excel skills.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Support the team in achieving its goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Participate in continuous learning and professional development.
