About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shared Service Centre Hub Accountant to join our Financial Operations team at GB010 Marsh Corporate Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and services to our clients across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
- Assist with audit and SOX testing, ensuring that all financial processes and procedures are in compliance.
- Support the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and support.
Requirements
- Part/Qualified ACCA/CIMA or QBE.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including V lookups and pivots.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and deliver results to short timescales.
- Exposure to General Ledger Accounting.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a shared services environment.
