  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving high levels of performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property sales or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Basic salary in the region of £22-23,000, with an on-target earning potential of £30-40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Excellent commission structure, with rates of up to 50% of commission on personal sales.
