Job Title: Freelance Health Tutor

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Health Tutor to join our team at Learning Curve Group. As a Freelance Health Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a timetable of teaching, learning, and assessment as agreed with your Tutor Delivery Manager.
  • Undertake qualification delivery planning in collaboration with team members to ensure compliance with external requirements.
  • Provide support systems to facilitate positive retention, achievement, and progression for learners.
  • Complete E-registers in a timely manner to the required standards.
  • Monitor attendance and performance of learners on an ongoing basis and report to management.
  • Ensure learner requirements are dealt with quickly and effectively.
  • Deliver teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure a positive learner experience and timely achievement.
  • Complete individual learning plans and progress reviews as required, including setting smart targets.
  • Submit portfolios in a timely manner for interim and summative verification and work with the IV to ensure quality improvement.
  • Undertake learning and development activities as required for the job role and maintain a record of all CPD.
  • Contribute to learner disciplinary action requirements as needed.
  • Attend standardisation and team meetings at designated centres to develop team and individual performance.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Qualification.
  • Hold an Assessing Qualification.
  • Have relevant occupational experience in the sector you are applying for.
  • Hold Level 3 and above sector qualifications.
  • Have access to your own resources.
