As the Personal Executive Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with inquiries, relaying messages to the appropriate personnel or department
  • Organizing and distributing agendas for internal meetings, ensuring team members receive itineraries well in advance
  • Proactively managing administrative tasks and supporting business development initiatives to foster new opportunities
  • Coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, and accommodations for professional events
  • Collaborating with the risk and compliance team to ensure adherence to regulations
  • Conducting quality checks on all outputs, identifying and resolving issues prior to client correspondence
This is a full-time hybrid position, operating Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
