Position Overview

We are seeking a Head of Access Management to provide visionary leadership in the realms of Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Secure Remote Connectivity for Wella Company’s global brands.

This role is crucial in protecting Wella Company’s data, intellectual property, personnel, customers, shareholders, and brand integrity by establishing systems and protocols that guarantee appropriate access for authorized individuals. The successful candidate will enhance the security operating model by guiding, inspiring, and developing a skilled team while implementing streamlined processes and tools that adhere to business and regulatory standards, including SOX compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the strategic direction for Identity and Access Management initiatives.
  2. Ensure the implementation of robust access control measures and procedures.
  3. Oversee the development and management of a high-performing team.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to align security practices with business objectives.
  5. Manage vendor relationships effectively to support security operations.
  6. Drive continuous improvement in access management processes.
  7. Support audit activities and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. A degree in business or technology-related fields.
  2. Extensive experience in security and access management.
  3. Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  4. Experience in managing projects in a multicultural environment.
  5. Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  6. Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
  7. Technical expertise in SAP GRC, Sailpoint, and Cyberark.
  8. Experience in implementing IAM & PAM solutions in cloud environments.
  9. Ability to drive change and align stakeholders throughout the process.
  10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
