Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies in line with business objectives and goals
  • Manage and maintain a Quality Assurance System that ensures awareness and understanding across all levels of the organization

  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout the business
  • Lead change initiatives at both technical and people levels, recommending improvements in structure and processes to identify performance gaps and resolve them with efficient and cost-effective solutions
  • Ensure the safety of all employees, their training in safety, and the enforcement of safety programs and policies in line with Health and Safety Executive (HSE) regulations

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a management role within an engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge and practical understanding of ISO 9001
  • Proficient in the implementation and use of ERP Systems
