Transaction Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for aiding customers in finding the right finance package to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling finance, insurance products, and additional products to customers
  • Working closely with Sales Executives and Sales Managers to achieve sales targets
  • Matching customers' needs to relevant finance sources while adhering to FCA regulations and company guidelines
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Retail, Transaction, or Business Manager position is ideal, but not essential
  • At minimum, you must have experience as a Senior Sales Executive or four years of experience as a Sales Executive
  • Must have experience leading and managing other Sales Executives
  • Must have experience with stacking finance deals
  • Must have a full UK driving license
