We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Invoice Administrator to join our team at Healix Group of Companies. As an Invoice Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and general administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage incoming invoices, ensuring timely and accurate allocation to the correct case, member, and client.
- Handle provider queries and requests related to payment queries or outstanding payments, providing excellent customer service and communication.
- Manage IPT administration reminders and outstanding actions, maintaining accurate records within the Case Management System.
- Collaborate with the Invoice Assessors team to ensure efficient and effective invoice processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate issues as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in using proprietary Case Management Systems.
- Aptitude to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Previous experience in invoice processing or a related field.
- Knowledge of currency conversion and international payment systems.
