Job Description

Job Title: Senior Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team at Circle Health Group.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Hospital Ward and its staff, providing clinical leadership and driving clinical excellence in all aspects of care received by patients.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute nursing care, with experience in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and management of the Hospital Ward and its staff.
  • Drive clinical excellence in all aspects of care received by patients.
  • Lead and support the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical governance agenda.
  • Conduct yourself professionally within the standard and framework provided by the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
  • Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
  • Experience working in an acute healthcare sector in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent.
