An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Booking Office in Children's Services East.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support for the CAMHS and Neurodevelopmental Teams.
Main Duties- Provide accurate and prompt administrative functions to facilitate the delivery of an efficient and effective appointment booking service.
- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries and referrals into the service.
- Collaborate with the team to provide a cohesive and integrated administrative function.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the services provided by the Children's services and have a clear understanding of waiting list principles.
Previous knowledge and experience using WPAS for waiting lists and Refer to Treatment pathways (RTT) is desirable.
