About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support the Emergency Medicine Clinical Delivery Group at Ipswich Hospital. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the General Manager and Matrons, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive forward planning and management of complex calendars
  • Field emails and telephone calls, and manage meeting arrangements
  • Manage a portfolio of meetings, including agenda setting, minute taking, and follow-up of actions
  • Deal with confidential and sensitive information relating to staff and services
  • Provide a comprehensive business support service, including typing and word processing of letters, minutes, and reports
