Madisons Recruitment is seeking a skilled Construction Retrofit Project Manager to oversee a variety of residential initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid CSCS card is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all phases of retrofit construction projects from start to finish.
  • Experience with External Wall Insulation (EWI), Photovoltaic Systems (PV), and Heat Pump technologies is essential.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Tracking project timelines, quality standards, and budget compliance.
  • Enforcing health and safety measures and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
  • Delivering regular progress updates and reports to project stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager in retrofit construction.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability practices.
  • Possession of SSSTS/SMSTS certification.
  • Valid CSCS and First Aid certifications.
  • Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.

Position Details:

  • Duration: Minimum of 5 months.
  • Compensation: £240 per day.
  • Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Payment on a weekly basis.
