About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our on-site team and deliver high-quality projects safely and efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with client requirements, project programmes, and budgeted costs.

You will work closely with our Senior Site Manager and Project Manager to drive a consistent and proactive approach to health and safety on site, manage hazards and risks, and monitor the progress of the project programme.

In addition, you will build an understanding of project budgets to drive efficiencies and oversee contractor performance.

About You
  • Proven experience working as a Site Manager
  • Experience working for a Main Contractor on schemes valued at £5m+
  • Experience in diverse sectors, including new build and refurbishment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage sub-contractors effectively
  • SMSTS and First Aid certification
  • CSCS card
  • Degree or HND qualification or a trades background
