The Cambian Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our dynamic team as a Night Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with their daily needs and helping them develop skills for life.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support young people during the night, ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Administer prescribed emergency medication as required.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with staff and young people.
- Encourage and motivate young people to wake and prepare for their day.
- Support young people's emotional and physical wellbeing.
- Produce accurate and prompt written reports/records.
- Help young people grow in their own sense of confidence and identity.
Requirements
