Job Opportunity: Waking Night Adult Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Adult Support Worker to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform nightly tasks such as personal care routines, bed management, and morning support.
  • Support individuals to develop independent life skills, promoting their autonomy and confidence.
  • Ensure the safeguarding of occupants at all times, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Accurately record keeping and reporting, maintaining high standards of documentation.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of up to £26,161.00 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • A part-time, permanent contract with a 21.7 hour weekly schedule, including a 7-day rota pattern.

Requirements:
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle, with a willingness to use your own vehicle for work purposes.
