Job Summary

The Regional Client Delivery Director will be responsible for leading the Water Consultancy team to deliver high-quality services to clients in the water industry. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in leadership and delivery of water projects, with a focus on asset and capital engineering professional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the water consultancy sector.
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver water consultancy services, including asset and capital engineering, to clients in the water industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of services delivered by the Water Consultancy team.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Directors and operational teams to deliver financial targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure consistency across the Water Consultancy business and support innovation and efficiency throughout the team.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the water & wastewater regulatory industry, with a focus on asset and capital engineering professional services.
  • Significant experience in leadership and delivery of water / wastewater projects to client satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, staff development track record, and team leadership experience.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills in English.
  • Competent in MS Office.
  • Ability to work on own initiative on technical and business matters.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Relevant Degree.
  • Chartered or Incorporated with ICE or CIWEM (desirable).
