Job Title: Regional Client Delivery Director

Location: UK wide with travel to Warrington Client site frequently

The Regional Client Delivery Director will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a strong safety culture to ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of staff
  • Exceeding client expectations through quality of delivery and exceeding financial growth targets
  • Driving excellent client relationships and work winning reputation through robust client and framework management
  • Creating High Performing teams through a culture of enthusiasm and engagement and strong people leadership skills

About the Role:

The Director will be accountable for the growth and delivery of Water Consultancy projects working alongside the Operations Directors and operational teams. They will have strong client relationships and a reputation for providing advice and support to clients within their region, and for ensuring delivery exceeds client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the water & wastewater regulatory industry, with a focus on asset and capital engineering professional services
  • Strong track record in the leadership and delivery of water / wastewater projects to client satisfaction
  • Significant experience as Framework Manager in a client facing capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, staff development track record and team leadership experience
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills in English
