Job Title: Regional Client Delivery Director

We are seeking an experienced Regional Client Delivery Director to join our Water Consultancy team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering high-quality services, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and profit margins
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver water consultancy services to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and services
  • Collaborate with the Water Consultancy Leadership Team to drive business development and innovation
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of business growth and leadership in the water industry
  • Strong understanding of water and wastewater regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant degree and chartered or incorporated status with ICE or CIWEM (desirable)
