About the Role

This is a dynamic position that combines the responsibilities of supporting international students and study abroad teams. The successful candidate will provide a welfare and information advisory service to international students, addressing their concerns and needs related to banking, healthcare, and wellbeing, accommodation, and safety. They will also support the delivery of study abroad events, including promotional and preparation events for students studying abroad.

About the Team

The postholder will work closely with the Study Abroad Coordinators to support the delivery of the study abroad cycle, including assisting with the administration of the Turing programme. This involves working with the European Programmes Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the programme, supporting with paperwork, reporting, and UCL's institutional application.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience working with international students and be able to adapt to different tasks and stakeholders. They will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a empathetic approach to ensure timely and relevant support. Additionally, they will have outstanding accuracy and attention to detail, combined with excellent administrative and organisational skills.
