Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Team Leader to join our Service Delivery Team in Birmingham. As a key member of the management team, you will oversee internal operations to deliver a market-leading service to customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Movement Experts to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Set clear tasks and ensure completion on each shift.
  • Drive high standards through strong leadership and consistent communication.
  • Prioritize team task completion and manage issues, complaints, or disputes with customers.
  • Monitor multiple tasks, foreseeing issues, and taking action ahead of time.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer contacts and suppliers.
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with suppliers.
  • Minimize unnecessary costs and understand company success factors.
  • Share company values and ambition with the team to enhance individual performance.
  • Provide guidance and take control of complex situations.
