Job Title: Head of HR Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of HR Analytics to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of people data insights and reporting across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage complex reports and dashboards using Oracle HCM to provide timely and meaningful management/KPI reports, highlighting trends and insights, promoting proactive people management activities.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and the business to gather requirements and work on solutions/options for reports and dashboards, reducing the volume of ad hoc requests.
  • Drive and improve understanding and awareness on standards for data integrity and ownership, ensuring data is produced in the most appropriate and user-friendly form to meet business requirements.
  • Have advanced understanding of master data dictionary definitions and their use relating to Oracle HCM, other systems, and associated downstream interfaces.

Requirements:

  • Ability and experience in developing, mapping, analysing, designing, and implementing people analytics to ensure data modelling is fully captured and meets business requirements, promote thought leadership, and present data that provides insight.
  • Ability to work with and without integrated systems to extract and consolidate data from multiple sources.
  • Technology skills with enterprise software applications used in the HR domain, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including Oracle BI tools, Oracle Taleo.
  • Technology skills with business intelligence and data analytics tools, specifically Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, Microsoft Power BI, Excel.
  • Familiarity with the HR domain, including policies and processes, statutory and regulatory requirements, and how to observe data privacy and GDPR compliance.
  • Advanced knowledge and expertise in data and analytics domain.
  • Prior experience of data management concepts, e.g. data storage and reporting, master data management, data governance, and security.
