Kido is seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our dedicated team.

As a Room Leader, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive. You will be responsible for leading a team of educators, planning engaging activities, and ensuring the overall well-being of the children in your care.

Responsibilities:

As a Room Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional care and guidance to children in your assigned age group.
  • Creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development.
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of nursery educators.
  • Collaborating with parents to ensure open communication and shared understanding of each child's progress.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, or Deputy Manager within a nursery setting.
  • A strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • The right to work in the UK.
