Position Overview:

This pivotal role is designed to enhance and grow our Amazon initiatives. We are in search of an exceptional professional who can adeptly navigate the complexities of the eCommerce sector and effectively lead their team in managing Amazon accounts to achieve outstanding results for our clients. This strategic and client-facing position requires the ability to distill complex and rapidly evolving concepts into practical solutions. You will work closely with the eCommerce Strategy Partner to devise strategies for both new and existing clients, nurturing our client relationships to become their most trusted advisor while also influencing the trajectory of our expanding team.

  • Act as the primary client liaison, cultivating robust client relationships and fostering innovation while ensuring exceptional execution and delivery.
  • Direct Amazon strategy and planning, guaranteeing that your team achieves industry-leading results.
  • Mentor and develop an organic Amazon team, facilitating their professional advancement.
  • Collaborate to identify and pursue growth opportunities for clients, unlocking new commercial avenues for both clients and the Group.
  • Oversee the creation of Business Plans for clients, detailing key timelines and anticipated business outcomes.
  • Develop comprehensive client Road Maps and partner with the eCommerce Director to establish Testing trackers for all clients.
  • Demonstrate and guide the use of relevant tools to test hypotheses or gather insights, enhancing team capabilities.
  • Establish clear measurement frameworks and set KPIs to assess the effectiveness of plans.
  • Contribute to new business proposals, briefing teams, gathering insights, and supporting strategy formulation.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive operational expertise in Amazon DSP/PPC and sponsored advertising.
  • Strong experience in client management.
  • Previous experience in direct line management.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate findings into actionable commercial strategies.
