Position: Culinary Support Specialist

As a Culinary Support Specialist, your role will encompass a variety of essential tasks to ensure smooth operations in our dining facilities.

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals, adhering to set menus and culinary standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including the arrangement of dishes and utensils.
  • Adhere to food safety protocols and proper storage methods to maintain high hygiene standards.
  • Monitor stock levels of food and supplies, promptly informing management of any shortages.
  • Deliver courteous and efficient service to students and staff during meal times, accommodating any dietary requests.
  • Engage in training sessions and meetings focused on food service best practices, safety measures, and customer service excellence.

Salary: £11.44 per hour, 15 hours per week with additional pay for Saturday shifts.
