About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Real Estate solicitor to join our in-house legal team as a Legal Counsel - Real Estate. As a key member of our development team, you will provide legal support and advice on all aspects of real estate work, including due diligence, heads of terms, drafting and negotiating documents, and supporting on M&A activity.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and advice on all aspects of real estate work
- Drive forward and provide legal support to the development team
- Assist with all aspects of real estate work, including due diligence, heads of terms, drafting and negotiating documents
- Support on M&A activity
- Provide legal advice and opinion on mitigation measures to overcome real estate issues
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with c2-5 years PQE
- Experience in renewable energy is highly desirable but not essential
- Commercial approach, pragmatic and solutions-oriented
- Self-motivated, driven and work well as part of a team
