Katherine Shields Private Staff Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Live-in Housekeeper to join our esteemed client's household near Banbury, Oxfordshire.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a beautiful country estate with a dedicated team of staff. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional housekeeping skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a seamless and luxurious living experience for the family.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness throughout the manor house, including bedrooms, reception rooms, and communal areas.
  • Handle all aspects of laundry, ironing, and linen changes.
  • Prepare meals to a high standard for dinner parties and family gatherings, as well as assist with food preparation, serving, and clearing.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the household by managing errands, shopping, and light administrative tasks.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality services, including greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and ensuring their comfort.
  • Care for the family's pets, including walking and feeding them.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a live-in housekeeper in a high-end residential setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to drive for household errands and occasional guest transportation.
