Katherine Shields Private Staff Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced couple to fill the role of House Manager/Maintenance and Housekeeper/Cook for a stunning part-time residence in Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeper/Cook: Provide exceptional housekeeping and culinary services, including hands-on cleaning, laundry, and flower arrangement.
- House Manager/Maintenance: Oversee the smooth operation of the estate, including pool maintenance, general estate work, and occasional driving for airport/station runs.
- Care of dogs: Provide top-notch care and attention to the family's canine companions.
Requirements:
- High-calibre, hands-on couple with a good track record in private service and excellent references.
- Excellent cooking skills, with the ability to prepare dinner party-standard meals.
- Flexibility to work weekends with days off in the week, and occasional longer hours when principals are in residence.
- Ability to travel to Switzerland during ski season to care for the employer's chalet.
Benefits:
- 2-bed apartment provided as staff accommodation.
- Excellent salary negotiable for exceptional candidates around £80k gross pa depending on experience.
