As a Technical Support Engineer specializing in Siemens Energy aero-derivative gas turbines (AGT), you will be responsible for addressing and resolving urgent customer concerns while collaborating with engineering teams to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
Your Impact
- Assume responsibility for all technical aspects related to customer support, encompassing both scheduled and unscheduled tasks.
- Conduct thorough investigations and resolve technical challenges promptly and safely, facilitating the return of critical infrastructure to operational status.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide exceptional support to clients.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities with clients, offering technical guidance on these initiatives.
- Exhibit adaptability and a commitment to customer service, including potential international travel to client locations.
- Extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of gas turbines, with a preference for expertise in aero-derivative models.
