Job Summary:

Advance TRS is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our Construction team. As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling all electrical site activities in the most efficient manner, ensuring a quality end product and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and control electrical site activities to ensure efficient and safe execution of projects.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in electrical installations and ensure compliance with current standards and specifications.
  • Verify new electrical systems and ensure safe isolation of LV electrical systems.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and programme, and review and monitor supplier inspection and test plans.
  • Attend site inductions and toolbox talks to ensure effective communication and collaboration with the team.
  • Support commissioning activities and attend collaborative planning meetings to develop site delivery programmes.
  • Ensure electrical safety rules are adhered to and support documentation is produced in line with CMDP electrical safety rules.
  • Carry out electrical isolations and regular electrical safety inspections on temporary and permanent equipment.
  • Hold 121's with supply chain supervisors to ensure take 5s are carried out and assist with compilation of project takeover documentation.
  • Oversee electrical testing is being undertaken in line with BS7671, review test results against guidance note 3 and manufacturers literature.
  • Issue limitation of access permits and keep a daily diary of site activities.
